The well known problem with us engineers is that we are perfectionists.  I have been in companies that gave the engineers the say when something was to be released.  and because the engineers kept tinkering with it to make it better, the company lost the market window to a competitor that produced a buggy piece of garbage.

There is an expression in management "Time to shoot the engineer" which means you have to say (to the engineers)  pencils down, its good enough, we can revise it later if we have to.  Lets get it out the door. 

NEV5 paper is good enough (at 72 pages) .  I'm setting the release to first officers to be tomorrow before noon (EST). 

Tonight will be spent wrapping up the last details,   updating the TOC, definitions and abbreviations and just do one more pass through looking for anything obvious.
