EM02: Review of Ampere's Force model variants

This became a rabbit hole that had to be explored thoroughly.  Interesting result is that a variant of ampere's force model (not the one that Andre Assis promotes) could have been used as a gateway over 100 years ago ( more like 150) that scientists could have used to leap into Ethereal mechanics as we know it today.  It would have been easier back then because they were predisposed to the Ether; unlike scientists today.

Wonder where we would have been today?  

This rabbit hole took two weeks to explore ( I have been making progress of the NEV5 paper) but its release will delayed -- new status and release schedule to follow later today
