Siglent Finally responds

You know things are bad when its the director of marketing that finally responds to me.  below is the response and attached if the pdf I sent in response.

We haven't been getting those emails in the main support tool. Please use support@siglentna.com to reach the main group. When Scott is back from vacation, I will check with him to see what he was getting here.

Thanks for the deep dive and explanation into some of this data.

I will pass details to engineering. I believe some of these are working as designed, but some could certainly be cleaned up.

Could you do me a favor and send me a PDF of the slides from the video?

The engineering team in China doesn't always have easy access to YouTube, so it would be faster if you could share the data directly.

I'm glad you have found work arounds for some of these. We will see what we can do to help.
