EMG_03: Weber's Force Model Review

I know some of my Patrons were partial to Weber's force model.  I Worry that I went a little bit too Gladiatorial on this; however, I'm a believer that it hurts less to rip off the band-aid fast.

I had reviewed Weber before https://www.patreon.com/posts/review01-review-25772836.  This was before we had the break through of NEV5.  Then I was scrambling to find the anything to help reconcile NeV3 and I was hoping there was something that could be learned from weber, to help but it did not.   

Now, with the clarity of NEV5, it is easier to see things for what they really are.  In one case a variation of Ampere's force was identified as a gateway that no one had noticed.   in the other case Weber's force models are just plain ridiculous.
